Next Great Work collects as little personal information as practical.
Newsletter
If you ask to receive the weekly briefing, we collect your email address and
the information needed to record your choice, such as confirmation status and
signup time. We use that information only to send the briefing, manage delivery,
and honor unsubscribe requests.
We use MailPoet to manage the list and send messages. Its systems may process
email addresses and delivery events on our behalf. We do not sell or rent the
mailing list.
Joining requires email confirmation. Every briefing includes an unsubscribe
link. You can leave at any time.
Website logs
The hosting provider may keep routine technical logs, such as an internet
address, browser type, requested page, and time of access, for security and
reliability. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.
Sensitive information
Do not send medical records, financial account details, passwords, government
identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through a
newsletter form or ordinary email.
Retention
We keep an active subscriber’s email address while the subscription continues.
After an unsubscribe request, we retain only what is reasonably necessary to
honor that request and meet legal or security obligations. Unconfirmed signup
records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
